If you exceed the agreed number of kilometres, you will be charged a price per kilometre driven. Please refer to your quote or lease agreement for the exact cost per kilometre driven.

The standard leasing period is 36 months.

Arval offers a service and maintenance agreement as an additional service. 

We offer optional tire agreements including storage and tire replacement. If you opt out of this agreement, the car will be delivered with one set of tires. 

As a customer at Arval, you must be at least 18 years old, permanently resident in Norway and have a valid class B driver's license.

After signing the agreement, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in which you can cancel the order.

If your annual mileage changes during your current agreement, we recommend that you contact us so that together we can adjust your contract and your monthly fee. If you exceed the agreed number of kilometers, you will be charged per kilometer driven. Please refer to your quote or lease agreement for the exact cost per kilometer driven.

You pay a fixed monthly fee throughout the leasing period. Payment is made via direct debit, which means that you as a customer must set up a direct debit with Arval. To do this, go to your online bank and follow the instructions to set up a direct debit. You can always contact your bank if you have any questions about how this process works.

Please note that you will need Arval's bank giro number: XXX, as well as your customer number, which can be found in your leasing agreement. Once the giro has been correctly created, Arval will debit the amount from your bank account. You will receive the invoice around the 15th of each month, and the amount will be deducted from your account within 15 days.

A direct debit consent means that you have approved that a certain amount can be deducted from your account. As long as there is enough money in the account, the amount will be deducted automatically. You can revoke your consent at any time.

Please note  that your first invoice from Arval will be higher than subsequent invoices. The amount for the first invoice is determined by when you collect the vehicle and the due date for the invoice period, as well as advance billing. Read more about this under Terms & Conditions .

You have the right to terminate the agreement before the agreed term expires for a fee. Check your lease agreement for details or contact us for more information. 

As a lessee with Arval, you are obliged to take out comprehensive insurance on the leased car during the entire leasing period.

In your private leasing agreement, you can choose to take out car insurance through Greenval. If you choose Arval's car insurance, the insurance premium will be invoiced together with the leasing fee in a consolidated invoice. As a lessee with Arval, you are obliged to take out insurance on the leased car throughout the entire leasing period.

With private leasing, Arval owns the car. Arval leases the car to you as a customer. This means that you don't have to worry about any loss in value, for example.

As a leasing customer with Arval, the price includes delivery of the car, 24/7 roadside assistance, registration fee, and the first set of tires.
