  • You can also contact your regular contact point at Arval or our Driver Care service.

You are encouraged to complete the Data Subject Request Form below to assist Arval in accurately treating your request.

Depending on the subject, we will try our best to come back to you as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after your request. During this period, Arval can contact you to ask for extra identification information or to clarify your request. In case we face any difficulty in replying to you on time because of specific technical issues, we will keep you informed.
